COTTON GINNING DIVISION
We have 4 ginning factories in 4 cities in best cotton growing
areas of Punjab. Its business is to do cleaning & processing
of raw cotton bought from farmers and supply to yarn spinning
mills.
This division provides immense support to our yarn spinning
business,. By doing selective buying of cotton the farms,
its proper drying and contamination removal, we are able to
get better quality cotton for our yarn spinning division and
provide good quality yarn to customers as compared to competitors.
YARN SPINNING DIVISION
It consists of 5 units of spinning mills: 1 located at Karachi,
2 at Hyderabad and 2 at Muzaffargarh. It is our core business
now and accounts for over 80% of our sales amount and workforce.
TOWEL DIVISION
We have successfully started production in January 2005,
it is an integrated plant with the most modern Air-Jet weaving
machines of Dornier and other equipment including all processes
for weaving till finished towel, also from Europe / Japan
to produce top quality terry products to world markets.
POWER GENERATION DIVISION
All of our production units have their own power generation
system. We have natural gas generators of year 2000 and later
from leading companies of Europe / USA. This saves us energy
and cost and also ensures continuous supply of good quality
electricity to our machines to keep them running round the
clock.
