Starting from 5/1 and going up to 36/1, almost all the range is also being prepared as double yarns and some of them like 5,10 and 20 are 3 plies as well. These yarns are of high quality and are in the range of yarns produced by 10 per cent best mills in the world (Uster standard). For contamination free yarns, 2 types of cottons are used: Imported from Australia or U.S.

Almost all our requirement of Pakistani cotton is procured from our own ginning factories located in the best cotton growing area of Punjab.70 per cent of all yarns produced are exported mainly to United States of America, Japan, Hong Kong and to various other destinations where we have satisfied customers since more than THREE DECADES.

Melange Yarns

Heather greys and melange yarns produced with the blends of dyed cottons and dyed man made fibers in different colours and combinations are our specialty and these too are for domestic and exports markets...Los Angles, Cong Kong, Paraguay, Honduras and various other destinations.

We own a fiber-dyeing plant where we do quick dyeing of all cotton needed for melange yarns and do quick matching of our customer's required colors. We have continuous interaction with leading brands like Polo, Calvin Klien et.c who nominate our melange yarn for their Knitwear and Woven merchandise.


Man Made Fiber Yarns and Core Spun Lycra Yarns

These are produced in a big way...being sold locally and exported to Indonesia, Hong Kong , Malaysia, India etc.

Being produced for sewing threads, knitting etc. at our factory at Karachi, Yusuf Textile Mills are of top quality. Some of which is sold to J.B.Coats on regular basis. State of the art brand new machinery from A to Z have recently been installed and best quality in Pakistan is available with us.

Slub Yarns

Slub Yarns of different constructions is readily available and is being exported and sold to domestic markets, mainly for indigo-dyed denim. We make slub patterns as required by customers. Our slub yarns are running on high speed weaving machines.

The brand names of above yarns are DERBY,TOP, NEW TOP, GARCIA, JET, CRUISER and RUGBY. They all are well known throughout the world wherever the yarn is traded.

Organic Cotton Yarns

We are proud to supply yarns made with organically-produced cotton. Such cotton is grown in the ifelds without using chemicals or other substances harmful for the environment.

We can provide a wide range of yarns made with Organic Cotton as stated below:-

• Carded and Combed.

• Ne 6/1 ~ 50/1 and in 2 or 3 ply.

• Normal ring-spinning and compact Spinning.

• 100% Cotton / Black Polyester blended.

We have been certified by Control Union Certification to supply Organic Cotton Yarn and transaction certificate is provided for each sale to the customer.
